Yilmaz Law Offices is a boutique business law firm providing full range of legal services to both Turkish and International clients for over 22 years. We assist clients in a variety of legal matters, ranging from general corporate work, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, protection of intellectual property rights, labor law and structuring foreign investments to specific industry sectors, such as production, telecommunications and media.  

We have two offices in Turkey and have a team of seven lawyers each specialized in different fields of business law.  

In the year 2006 the firm represented more than 20 entities where the majority of them are listed in the top exporters of Turkey. In the same year the firm provided legal assistance to some of world wide known foreign entities in merger and acquisition, incorporation and business transactions.

The firm has focused its practice in international issues since the foundation and within this scope is in touch with international law associations.
